At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.This is a product sales role for PCB and MSA platform in assigned territory. Working in conjunction with sales team and engineering team to provide the necessary technology focused strategies to increase business value. Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Account Managers to build a healthy business pipeline. Define and execute targeted selling strategies for PCB design and Multiphysics System Analysis (MSA) solutions, and create technically compelling events for IC customers. Take ownership of technology and product adoption, ensuring the successful proliferation of Cadence's PCB and system analysis solutions (e.g., SI/PI, thermal, and electromagnetic analysis) within focus accounts. Act as a vital bridge between the customer and internal teams by translating and escalating customer requirements to the R&D organization to drive continuous product improvements. Play a lead project management role in major PCB and system analysis implementation campaigns and competitive evaluations at focus customers. Position Requirements: BS degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Electromagnetics, or a related technical major. 8+ years of working experience in EDA sales, technical sales, or customer support is highly preferred. Deep understanding of the semiconductor and system design chain ecosystem. Must be familiar with PCB design flows and advanced system-level analysis technologies, including Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), Thermal, and Electromagnetic (EM) analysis. Highly self-motivated and proactive, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good command of the English language, both written and oral. We’re doing work that matters.
