JOB DESCRIPTION:MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The OBL/ASC Director in Santa Clara, CA, will lead growth strategies & operational objectives as it relates to Office-Based Labs (OBL) and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC). Responsible for evolving national strategy surrounding business interactions and proactively identify business opportunities as it relates to providing customers with the technology, information and support to help deliver optimized patient care. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Source new OBL business franchises Identify strategy to grow existing OBL’s, negotiate solutions, draft contracts, etc. Assist in reimbursement/revenue solutions portfolio discussions with OBL owners Train RSD's and field on OBL strategy and execution Strong Presentation Skills Collaborate closely with OBL/ASC Specialists, Marketing and Senior Leadership to develop healthcare solutions as it relates to OPCs. Collaborate closely with RSD's and AVP’s Create value proposition for Abbott Vascular in the OPC environment. Coordinate and utilize the HE&R field based resources to focus on reimbursement trends and education. Provide strategic input to the organization to address OPC environment and meet corporate objectives. Contribute sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews about Physician Owned Outpatient Centers. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of Sales or Marketing experience within the healthcare environment with at least 5+ years of experience in OBL Business Modeling such as business manager/running a practice, Capital/Imaging, Financing, Reimbursement, etc. Sales experience preferrable Experience working with and strong business acumen in medical LLC, small business, etc. Advanced knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance guidelines Extensive experience negotiating contracts and deal structures Experience using tools such as Excel or PowerBI to analyze customer trends and identify opportunities for growth EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree (± 16 years) Preferably Business, Marketing, Communications or Economics The base pay for this position is $130,700.00 – $261,300.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
