CAREERS THAT CHANGE LIVES Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Sales Leadership, providing insights that support commercial strategy, territory performance, and revenue growth. Develop, transform, and model complex data sets to generate insights that improve decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes. Design and deliver advanced dashboards and analytics products using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to enable self-service analytics across the commercial organization. Translate complex data into clear business insights, narratives, and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting and analytics workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes. Explore and pilot emerging capabilities such as AI-assisted analysis and intelligent workflow automation to enhance productivity and scale insights across the organization. Conduct analysis of sales performance, trends, and market dynamics to support attainment of growth objectives. Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Product Marketing, Contract Administration, Pricing and Offer Development, Sales Enablement, and Marketing Operations to align analytics with commercial strategy. Act as a liaison with information technology and data teams to improve data access, data quality, and scalable analytics solutions. Support key sales operations processes such as forecasting, quota development, performance tracking, and sales reporting. MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms Experience with data preparation, automation, or analytics workflow tools such as DBT, Knime, Python, or similar technologies Proficiency with SQL or other data query languages Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com or similar systems Familiarity with enterprise or cloud data platforms such as Snowflake Interest in leveraging emerging technologies such as AI-assisted analytics, automation, or intelligent workflow tools to improve business processes Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and effectively manage competing priorities For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
