The HPV* vaccines business is dynamic and is expected to deliver significant revenue growth over the next 5 years driven by an increasing contribution from adult female & male and adolescent male cohorts. The Director, HPV Global HCP Strategy & Activation, is a global marketing role accountable for the global healthcare professional (HCP) strategy for our adolescent and adult business. This is a high visibility leadership role, reporting to the Executive Director, HPV Global Brand Lead working in close collaboration with a broad and diverse group of global, regional, and local teams across divisions and functions, as well as key external agency partners. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: HCP Strategy: Lead the HCP strategy across priority audiences and channels; translate insights into clear strategic choices, quarterly & annual priorities, and measurable outcomes. HCP Activation: Lead global HCP activation strategies, ensuring strong integration across awareness, relevance, urgency, and conversion, and enabling markets to execute omnichannel activation effectively. L3 Champion: Leverage our Company's marketing framework to ensure strategic direction and consistency on segmentation & personas, content & channel strategy, and ensuring all resources & tactics align to the customer experience plan and achieve the desired customer experiences. Master Brand HCP global campaign: Lead campaign evolution and delivery, in partnership with key markets and regions, based on key insights. Gavi/UNICEF Alliance: Support expansion of HPV vaccination across Gavi-eligible countries prioritizing new NIP introductions and cohort expansions. Partner closely with Global Policy and our company's manufacture department on near-term business planning for Gavi/UNICEF. Global Headquarter Cross-Functional Team (GHQ CFT): Convene and partner closely with cross-functional team including Policy, Market Access, Medical, Outcomes Research, and Communications to ensure aligned prioritization and consistent brand experience across customers and markets. Adult & Adolescent Accelerator: Build and scale global tools, playbooks, and accelerators that enable markets to execute with speed, consistency, and confidence. Learning & Development: Identify capability gaps and lead learning plans for cross-functional teams and field stakeholders (e.g., disease state, product, customer insights, digital fluency); ensure tools and playbooks enable consistent execution. * HPV=human papillomavirus Education (minimum requirements): • Required: BA/BS • Preferred: MBA/MS Required Experience and Skills: Minimum of 7 years of brand marketing experience. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in vaccines, biopharmaceuticals, undefined Strong leadership and collaboration skills including influencing with and without authority and working across cross functional teams. Demonstrated success in global marketing or commercial strategy roles Strategic, innovative thinker with a learning orientation and desire for excellence Exceptional communicator with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to work in ambiguous situations to overcome challenges. Ability to process, integrate, and succinctly communicate large amounts of information, including comfort with data analytics and data-driven decision making. Demonstrated expertise and experience in customer-centric brand development, agency management and global campaign development/delivery/localization. Ability to work in a hybrid setting (i.e., collaborate with team members in different locations/time zones). Must be fully aware of and work in full compliance of all local, national and Company policies, rules and regulations. Preferred Experience and Skills: Global, country, and/or regional marketing experience. Vaccines commercial experience, with preferred experience in sales & marketing Track record of successfully competing in diverse markets and developing new markets and/or channels Knowledge of digital platforms for customer analytics and customer engagement Experience providing commercial input on activities such as business readiness reviews, market research and agency partner management. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
