Job Description Women’s cancer team at our Company is building a leading portfolio to improve and save lives of women with breast and gyn cancers. The Associate Director Global Marketing Women's Cancers will play a vital role in building and maximizing the Global opportunity for the Women's Cancers franchise and will be responsible for shaping Women's Cancers indications across treatment settings. Key responsibilities: Develops commercial strategies aligned with our strategic marketing approach (“L3”) with cross-functional partners to successfully navigate the evolving internal and external environments and deliver value to our customers. Support our overall disease area assessment, including burden of disease, patient journeys, unmet need, evolving competitive landscape and pipeline. Provides commercial leadership, develops aligned perspectives and input in various settings, incl. other cross functional working and governance team: launch readiness reviews, identification of data gaps and approaches, organized customer interactions, market research, demand, revenue forecasting, budget, events/ congresses and agency partner management. Responsible for launch and commercialization strategies and deliver global strategy and execution plans, tactics and materials. Generate market and customer insights through a combination of quantitative and qualitative ways to engage on portfolio and indication opportunities. Develop commercial strategies and execution materials to support launches and inline indications. Ensures that all materials and initiatives are aligned to our Company's compliance standards, receive necessary approvals and are appropriately refreshed. Shape key strategic communication objectives, Omnichannel, and content development for customers and measure impact of objectives across multiple channels to continuously improve on the customer experience. Engage with agency partners to develop customer resources and lead approval of resources through the Promotional Review Team (PRT) process. Engage effectively with regions and markets Provide leadership, support, and expertise as well as gain input and feedback from region and country colleagues on strategy, marketing materials approaches and omnichannel marketing Leads the updates of the Women’s cancers portfolio playbook and external narrative and engages with markets to support portfolio approach implementation. Engages with the IMO content squads on priority setting, execution and performance tracking Lead initiatives to drive operational efficiency and effective deployment of global strategies across the team Lead prioritized initiatives to drive innovation and new ways of using data, analytics and digital to lead in the market – in collaboration with disease leads and HHDDA partners. Demonstrate "One Team" approach of integrating best practices and facilitating cross-regional learning. Demonstrate our Company's way of working leadership behaviors including building networks, sharing, focusing on the customer, and driving results. Maintain alignment to compliance goals and policies. Position Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical marketing experience Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Strong business acumen, problem solving skills, managing large complex initiatives, strong business judgment and ability to drive initiatives forward Ability to work through ambiguity, experience leading strategy development and implementation. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
