This role requires close collaboration with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions. The position demands proactive engagement in shaping project outcomes, fostering trusted advisor relationships, and continuously enhancing the reputation of the organization through expert guidance and strategic insight. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Continuously monitor industry trends to incorporate best practices and emerging technologies into project delivery. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management. - Strong knowledge of time management processes within SAP SuccessFactors and their application in business environments. - Experience in analyzing and designing technology solutions that align with client requirements and industry standards. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. - Capability to adapt to evolving technologies and integrate innovative solutions into existing frameworks.
