This Position reports to: Sales Manager As a Tier1 chassis business Sales Manager, you will drive the sales performance of robot products/Chassis system and related to Auto Press , PPA, AAS system etc. in RAAU in CNAUS, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy. You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations. Your Responsibilities: Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration Develop and execute regional and corporate sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets, expand market share, and maintain sustainable business growth. Lead, manage and motivate the sales team, conduct regular performance coaching, target tracking and skill training, to improve overall team productivity and performance. Establish and maintain long-term stable relationships with key clients, follow up customer demands, resolve business cooperation issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor market trends, competitor dynamics and industry changes, collect business intelligence, and submit regular sales analysis reports and feasible business optimization proposals. Your Background: 10 years of experience in direct sales and sales management, working as relevant role with related industry in the automation market Knowledge of Microsoft software and PowerPoint, financial, commercial negotiation with customer Experience of business development, account management and cross-selling A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude Bachelor's degree, Fluent English skill We value people from different backgrounds.
