Marketing Assistant (Intern)

Responsibilities: • Translate and localize technical documents, brand materials, and marketing content for the company, including product manuals, technical specifications, website copy, posters, case studies, and event materials. • Assist in standardizing and unifying Chinese-English technical terminology and expression guidelines to enhance the professionalism, consistency, and reusability of departmental content output. • Support optimization of the department’s digital collaboration platform, and participate in building, organizing, and publishing market intelligence systems. • Systematically organize industry knowledge, including summarizing and structuring information on industry trends, application scenarios, key clients, and competitive dynamics. • Contribute to the development, establishment, and ongoing updating of industry knowledge frameworks to support internal knowledge accumulation and sharing. • Verify, organize, and maintain data related to customer industry attributes and basic client information, helping improve the accuracy and completeness of customer and industry data. • Support documentation organization, information archiving, and other routine tasks assigned by the department within marketing projects. Qualifications: • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students, preferably majoring in marketing, English, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, industrial engineering, information management, or related fields. • Strong English reading and writing skills, with the ability to understand and process technical, brand-related, and industry-specific English materials. • Solid bilingual translation skills, capable of optimizing language for improved readability and brand consistency while maintaining accuracy. • Interest in industrial products, B2B markets, industry research, or market intelligence. • Strong abilities in information organization, logical summarization, and written communication, with the capacity to systematize and structure fragmented information. • Detail-oriented, meticulous, responsible, and highly committed to content accuracy, terminology consistency, and data quality. • Strong learning ability and initiative, willing to quickly grasp company products, industry background, and market operations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office software; familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred. • Prior experience in translation, industry research, data organization, knowledge base development, or digital platform maintenance is a plus. ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
