Position Summary: As an Order-to-Cash (OTC) Global Process Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end OTC processes across the global workstream, including credit management, collections, and cash application as well the planning and co-ordination of Global Accounts Receivable transitions (processes as well as system implementations). This role collaborates closely with OTC Operations, IT, PPI, Automation, and Project Management teams to implement process improvements, enhance consistency, support productivity initiatives, and ensure smooth transitions. The Manager plays a key role in executing the global OTC strategy and roadmap under the direction of the Global Process Owner and Workstream Lead. The role would suit a candidate with excellent rapport building ability, strong leadership and change management skills. Experience in a similar position and expertise in the Order-to-Cash processes are crucial to fully grasp the complexity of the role. Responsibilities: Support the design and documentation of end-to-end Order to Cash process taxonomy and standards Plan and coordinate Global Accounts Receivable transitions (processes as well as system implementations), ensuring that services are effectively transitioned into the Global Business Services organization. Partner with Operations and GBS Shared Service Centers to implement process improvements aligned to business strategy Gather and analyze business requirements; contribute to process simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities Participate in governance forums (e.g., weekly workstream meetings) with stakeholders across Operations, IT, PPI, Automation and Project Management teams Assist in the deployment and adoption of standardized OTC processes across Shared Service Centers Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure effective transformations, training and adherence to processes, policies, and systems Support the development and tracking of performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and productivity programs within the OTC workstream Assist in maintaining process documentation, governance, and compliance standards Support implementation and optimization of enabling technologies within the OTC process landscape Work closely with the Controls & Compliance team to ensure a robust control environment is maintained. Undertake other responsibilities as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Required: Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across functions and levels Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into practical process improvements Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and timelines in a structured manner Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving business needs and priorities High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in process design and documentation Ability to support training initiatives and contribute to building team capability to drive adoption of standard processes Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment in a global, matrixed environment Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gains and business value Qualifications and experience: Fluent in English. University or College degree. Functional process expertise of OTC. Previous experience in a similar position in a fast-paced accounts receivable environment is required. SME system knowledge in multiple ERPs (example: Oracle E1, SAP) is essential to perform this role effectively and efficiently. Excellent digital literacy and knowledge of the Microsoft Office software is required (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Foundational project management skills required.
