This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Throughout the day, the engineer balances hands-on development tasks with strategic planning and problem-solving to drive the project forward effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by adhering to best practices and coding standards. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to support their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and scalability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Architecture. - Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle. - Experience in configuring and customizing software applications to meet client needs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and working with various data sources. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
