Design and deploy Responsible AI solutions; align AI projects with ethical principles and regulatory requirements. Must have skills : Microsoft Azure AI foundry Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, your day involves overseeing the integration of artificial intelligence technologies with a focus on ethical standards and responsible practices. You will guide the design and deployment of AI solutions that adhere to regulatory frameworks and ethical guidelines. Collaboration across various teams is a key part of your role, where you provide leadership and advocate for the adoption of responsible AI principles throughout the organization. Your work ensures that AI initiatives are aligned with both organizational goals and societal expectations, fostering trust and transparency in AI applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to integrate ethical considerations into AI project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote best practices in responsible AI development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to AI implementations. - Support continuous improvement by evaluating AI systems for fairness, accountability, and transparency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. - Strong understanding of cloud-based AI service deployment and management. - Experience in designing AI solutions that comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements. - Ability to lead technical discussions and provide strategic direction on responsible AI initiatives. - Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
