Must have skills : Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Oracle Cloud Warehouse Management System (WMS) Senior Lead /Senior Consultant, you are expected to lead and support large scale warehouse and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS with hands on experience across implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support engagements. The role requires deep functional expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and experience managing global supply chain engagements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Delivery & Program Management: Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion WMS implementations across lifecycle phases (design, build, test, deploy, support), Manage delivery timelines, quality, risks, and SLAs, Oversee multiple workstreams, including configuration, testing, and integrations, Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication - Functional Leadership – Oracle Fusion WMS: Act as a Functional SME for Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management, Lead solution design and configuration for: Inbound (Receiving, Putaway), Inventory Management & Cycle Counting, Outbound (Picking, Packing, Shipping), Task and Wave Management Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions - Supply Chain Process Expertise: Provide expertise in warehouse and end-to-end supply chain execution processes, Align WMS with Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as: Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing / Procurement, Drive process optimization and best practices across warehouse operations - Team Leadership & Capability Building: Manage and mentor a team of WMS consultants (functional and technical), Allocate work, track performance, and ensure skill development, Build reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices, Drive knowledge sharing across teams - Stakeholder & Client Management: Engage with client stakeholders to understand warehouse requirements, Conduct solution workshops and design sessions, Manage expectations, escalations, and delivery risks, Ensure alignment with business KPIs and operational goals - Integration & Solution Architecture: Oversee integrations with: Oracle Fusion modules (Inventory, OM, Procurement) and External systems (3PL, automation, IoT, TMS, ERP), Ensure scalable architecture and data consistency across systems - Testing, Go-Live & Support: Lead testing strategy (SIT, UAT) and ensure defect resolution: Support cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare, Oversee production support (L2/L3), issue resolution, and continuous improvement - Reporting & Analytics: Guide reporting strategies using: Oracle Fusion BI Publisher & OTBI / Oracle Analytics Cloud, Ensure actionable insights and operational reporting across warehouse processes Professional & Technical Skills: - 10–14 years of experience in Supply Chain / Warehouse Management - 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion WMS / Oracle Cloud WMS - Proven experience in leading large-scale implementations and teams - Strong understanding of: Warehouse operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory) & Oracle Fusion SCM ecosystem - Experience in Agile / Hybrid delivery models - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Warehouse Management Solutions. - Good to have: Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) integration Exposure to automation, robotics, and warehouse execution systems Oracle Fusion certifications (WMS / SCM) Experience in global rollout / multi-country implementations - This position is based at multiple Accenture offices. - 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
