This Position reports to: Head of Design,Architecture&Integration We are seeking the SME Jr. Process Architect - UAM supports the design and implementation of user access management processes and frameworks for the Finance Process, Data and Systems (FPDS) team. This role works under the guidance of the UAM Process Architect to design UAM solutions across global finance applications. The SME Jr. Process Architect assists in developing access control strategies, documenting UAM processes, and supporting compliance and governance initiatives. This role collaborates with IT security, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient user access management. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Finance Process Data Systems division in Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: Support UAM Process Design: Assist in designing user access management processes and workflows for FPDS applications under Process Architect guidance. Develop Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive UAM process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Support Access Control Framework: Assist in developing role-based access control (RBAC) matrices and access control frameworks. User Provisioning Support: Assist in designing and documenting user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows and procedures. Compliance & Governance Support: Support compliance reviews, access audits, and governance activities related to user access management. Requirements Analysis: Gather and document access control requirements from stakeholders and business process owners. Stakeholder Coordination: Work with IT security, system administrators, and business teams to understand UAM requirements and constraints. Access Review Support: Assist in conducting access reviews, identifying access exceptions, and documenting findings. Training & Change Support: Support communication and training initiatives related to new UAM processes and changes. Qualifications for the role: Education: Bachelor's degree or post-graduation in Economics, Finance, Management, Business Engineering, or related field. SAP GRC Certification would be added advantage. Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT security, access management, process design, or related roles; Working knowledge of SAP environments and user access management processes; Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit standards, access governance). Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SAP role-based access control (RBAC) and user provisioning tools; Knowledge of segregation of duties (SOD) and access control matrices; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint or similar documentation tools. Process Design & Analysis Skills: Ability to understand and document business processes and requirements; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to translate business requirements into process solutions. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams; Strong documentation and attention to detail. Additional Qualities: Strong commitment to security and compliance best practices; Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new technologies quickly; Proactive approach to identifying and documenting process improvements.
