Work Schedule Environmental Conditions Job Description Title岗位: Title岗位: Labelling Operator（固体培养基分装与贴标操作员） Location工作地点: Suzhou Organization组织: China Operations - Suzhou Reports to汇报对象: Line Leader / Cell Manager Position Summary 岗位概述: Be responsible for dispensing, packaging, and labeling of solid culture media products, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with SOP and EHS requirements. 负责固体培养基的分装、包装及贴标签操作，确保操作准确、环境整洁，并符合SOP及EHS要求。 Key Responsibilities 关键职责： Perform dispensing of solid culture media according to defined procedures. 按照操作规程完成固体培养基分装工作。 Conduct packaging of products and ensure correct quantities and materials are used. 完成产品包装，确保数量及物料使用准确。 Apply labels to products accurately and ensure label information is correct and clear. 准确进行产品贴标，确保标签信息正确清晰。 Check product appearance and packaging quality during operation. 在操作过程中检查产品外观及包装质量。 Complete basic production records and ensure data accuracy. 按要求完成基础生产记录，确保数据准确。 Maintain cleanliness of working area and follow 5S requirements. 保持工作区域整洁，遵守5S要求。 Follow EHS guidelines and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). 遵守EHS规范，正确使用个人防护用品。 Report abnormalities or issues to supervisor in a timely manner. 及时上报异常或问题。 Work cooperatively with team members to complete daily tasks. 与团队成员协作完成日常工作任务。 Perform other duties as assigned. 完成上级安排的其他工作。 Qualifications 任职要求: High school or technical secondary school education or above. 高中/中专及以上学历。 Experience in production, packaging, or labeling is a plus. 有生产、包装或贴标相关经验优先。 Basic understanding of SOP and ability to follow instructions. 具备基本SOP理解能力，能按要求操作。 Careful and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility. 工作细致认真，责任心强。 Basic communication and teamwork skills. 具备基本沟通能力及团队合作意识。
