DESCRIPTION: As a Oracle Cloud Administrator at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll maintain and optimize our critical infrastructure and applications. You'll join a collaborative team dedicated to supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this position, you'll manage complex enterprise systems, implement effective solutions, and ensure maximum system performance and reliability. Working with advanced technologies across cloud and on-premises environments, you'll have opportunities to drive automation, improve processes, and contribute to our digital transformation initiatives. Job Duties User Management and Security: Add and provision users & roles, and data access sets closely following organization-defined data security policies. Update and implement user security and roles within Oracle ERP Cloud Security based on provided functional documents. Build custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles to meet specific business requirements. Review and audit end-user accounts, access rights to ensure segregation of duties and security profiles. Set up and handle OAuth profiles for coordinated applications. CI/CD and Deployment: Lead and Develop CI/CD pipeline for code deployments on Oracle Cloud PaaS Layer (Oracle Integration Cloud and VBCS). Deploy BIP Reports in SaaS Layer. Deploy APEX Reports in ATP Databases. Monitor and Maintain: Monitor Oracle ERP applications performance and architecture. Maintain the reliability, integrity, and recoverability of Cloud ERP. Monitor and resolve OIC job errors. Compliance and Audits: Lead all SOX audit controls to ensure compliance with the ERP system. Lead and deploy quarterly patches for Oracle Cloud applications. Environment Management: Maintain and support lower environments on code refresh and data refresh in SaaS and PaaS Layers. Integration: Lead and support all integration systems connected to ERP. Integrate Sail Point with Oracle Fusion Applications. Disaster Recovery: Responsible Oracle Cloud Disaster Recovery environments. Incidents, Change, and Problem Management: Respond to incidents and service requests promptly. Ensure all incidents and requests are resolved within agreed SLAs. Plan and complete change deployments Document, review, and approve all changes before implementation. Monitor the impact of changes and provide post-implementation support. Conduct problem management and root cause analysis. Reporting and Analytics: Use Power Bi to develop reports and dashboards for monitoring ERP key performance indicators and metrics. AI Services: Build and integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and Generative AI Services. OCI Cloud Management: Define user roles, permissions, and access levels to different OCI services. Implement cost optimization strategies to analyze cloud usage, optimize prioritization, and reduce costs. Implement standard methodologies for security, including encryption, access controls, and patching to protect critical data. Provision PaaS instances and its components. Skills and Qualifications: Solid grasp of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and applications. Experience with user and role provisioning in Fusion applications. Knowledge of quarterly patch management processes. Familiarity with Sail Point and identity management systems. Understanding of audit and SOX compliance requirements. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Deep understanding of SDLC, IT change control processes, deployment methodologies, and application server lifecycle management. Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell) Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
