Project Role : Business Architect Project Role Description : Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision. Must have skills : Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand overarching customer needs and translating these insights into well-defined business solutions and frameworks. The Business Architect also focuses on crafting detailed business cases that support the realization of strategic visions, ensuring alignment between business objectives and practical implementation plans. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to driving initiatives that foster growth and innovation within the client s organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions align with organizational goals and client expectations. - Analyze and document business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements. - Support the development and communication of strategic business plans to stakeholders. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS). - Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and convey complex business concepts. - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making. - Experience in mapping business requirements to technology solutions to ensure alignment and feasibility. - Capability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and contribute to a positive working environment.
