Job description

Role PurposeThe Dual Vocational Training Apprentice will participate in a structured German Dual Vocational Training Program, combining practical on-the-job training with formal education. The apprentice will develop technical competencies, professional skills, and industry knowledge aligned with internationally recognized German standards. Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in hands-on training within assigned departments (e.g., Production, Engineering, IT, Business Operations). Attend and complete theoretical training modules delivered by partnered training institutions. Support daily operational tasks under supervision. Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. Assist in projects, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrate adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines. Maintain training records/logbooks as required by the program. Collaborate with mentors, trainers, and team members. Learning ObjectivesDevelop technical expertise in assigned field. Gain understanding of business processes and workflows. Build problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Enhance communication, teamwork, and professional discipline. Achieve competency levels defined under the German dual training framework. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum: Secondary school / Diploma entry qualification (depending on program level). Strong interest in [relevant field]. Basic knowledge of math, science, or business (depending on role). Good communication skills in English (German is an added advantage).
