What you'll do Become an expert in modern industrial technologies – from smart motor control to digital asset monitoring. Solve real-world technical challenges and turn them into practical solutions. Work on projects that you can design, test, and see operating in the field. Connect technology, customers, and business – this is not a role where your work stays on the shelf. Your responsibilities Design technical solutions and validate them in real-life applications. Provide technical consultations to customers and support sales teams. Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on the development of new features. Create technical documentation, training materials, and application guides. Who we're looking for At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, automation, or industrial communication. A passion for solving problems and thinking analytically. A proactive mindset and the determination to overcome challenges. A willingness to continuously learn and grow. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Fluent Czech and English (C1).
