About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to join our Modern Workspace Team and lead the management and optimization of our customer environments. In this role, you will be responsible to manage all relevant technology platforms whilst ensuring that our customers remain secure and compliant inline with industry best practise. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a secure, efficient, and user-centric digital workplace. Key Responsibilities: SME across the Microsoft Messaging and Identity suite of technologies Expertise across supported on premises technologies Drive all assigned tasks to resolution (INC, SR, PRB etc) Act as a bridge between customers, managed services teams and our consulting practice to build a greater understanding of customers end to end environments Engage customer, internal stakeholders where required. Organise meetings/workshops where suited. Have a continuous improvement mindset, leverage Automation where feasible Identify and resolve complex problems across our customer's environments. Build permanent corrective solutions and implement them while following appropriate change control processes Document solutions and knowledge in Logicalis' knowledge management system Mentor and provide technical leadership across the Modern Workspace team Drive positive customer outcomes in close collaboration with the Team Lead and other Senior Engineers. Skillset Requirements: Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365 and Exchange On Prem core skill sets Entra ID, Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Microsoft Teams and meeting room management Microsoft Defender (365, Identity) Expertise Licensing and Certificate management Microsoft Windows Server (AD, DHCP, DNS & Group Policy) Plan and apply Roll-up, CU, Firmware updates as required Additional skillsets would be of benefit: Microsoft Intune Coreview Purview Hypervisor / Virtualisation Technology skills i.e Vmware (Vcenter, ESXi), Azure Physical Host Infrastructure experi(ILO/IDRAC) Why Join Us?
