As a Fashion Support Consultant, you will: Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs) Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems Identify and escalate complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution Your Qualifications We welcome people from diverse backgrounds who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
