JOB DESCRIPTION:Main Scope: Assist in demand forecasting activities by analyzing historical data and market trends Support supply planning processes to ensure accurate replenishment and inventory optimization Monitor inventory levels and highlight potential risks such as stock-outs or excess inventory Prepare and maintain planning reports and dashboards Assist in data cleansing, validation, and consolidation from multiple sources Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, logistics) to gather inputs for planning Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and systems Participate in regular planning meetings and provide data-driven insights Internship Learning Outcomes 1. Practical exposure to demand and supply planning operations 2. Experience working with real business data and analytics tools 3. Mentorship from experienced supply chain professionals Role Requirements (e.g. Qualifications, skills, work experience etc.): Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred / Added Advantage Knowledge or experience in SAP (ERP System), Power BI (data visualization, dashboard creation, basic data modeling) Basic understanding of supply chain concepts The base pay for this position is N/AIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
