This position reports to: Maintenance Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the modernization of our production and maintenance operations. This role focuses on implementing digital technologies, predictive maintenance systems, and IoT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime across our facilities. The work model for the role is onsite with home office option. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings Business Area. You will be mainly accountable for: Create, modernization, improvement and administration of softwares for OEE, efficiency and traceability, web application and digital maintenance management systems (CMMS). Develop IoT sensor strategies and data analytics solutions for equipment monitoring and failure prediction. Lead cross-functional projects involving IT, operations, and plant teams and provide training and change management support to the teams Identify opportunities for automation of production, maintenance and teams - planning and execution and support continuous improvement initiatives and lean maintenance practices Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Experience in maintenance engineering or operations Proven experience with CMMS software (SAP, Maximo, or equivalent) Knowledge of IoT, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 technologies Strong project management and problem-solving skills Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Fluency in English Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
