Job Title: Business Analyst Job Description Reporting to the Business Manager the successful Business Analyst will be a central member of a project team within the Operations Group with responsibilities ranging from interrogating and interpreting large amounts of raw data, identifying trends, presenting meaningful insight, validating new business ideas and analysing customer and team behaviour. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and coordinating information in support of direct-to-customer sales interactions. You’re the person who loves crunching the data to find trends, exceptions and nuggets of vital insight others don’t see.This individual will work with the internal & external clients to ensure that their deliverables meet requirements and expectations. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on multiple projects, simultaneously in a fast paced, fluid environment. This individual will have experience of interacting with clients. Travel to client sites and to Concentrix Cagliari site in Italy, may eventually be required. Focusing on business objectives and client requirements with Sales, Operations and Commercial stakeholders, you will be responsible for analysing and understanding structured information (data) and/or unstructured information (content, knowledge); identifying trends and opportunities and providing insight to support an operational plan that increases sales conversion, sales revenue and revenue per booking. Strong communication skills and the ability to identify problems and come up with solutions are also major components of this position.
