What You'll DoAs an HR Director, you'll be a key strategic partner to senior business leaders, shaping people strategies that fuel business performance and organizational growth. You'll translate business priorities into forward-thinking HR strategies that strengthen leadership, accelerate talent, and enhance organizational effectiveness. Whether advising executives on organizational design, leading change initiatives, or driving talent strategies, you'll serve as a trusted advisor who helps the business—and our people—thrive. In this role, you will:Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives that enable growth. Coach and influence leaders on talent, performance, employee relations, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness. Champion an inclusive, high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent. Leverage data and workforce insights to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and inform strategic decisions. Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HR solutions that support a complex matrix organization. Lead with credibility, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset to help the business achieve outstanding results. What You BringMinimum QualificationsAdvanced degree with 6+ years of progressive HR experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a senior HR Business Partner within a large multinational organization. Preferred fields of study include Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other professional HR certifications are preferred. Preferred Experience & SkillsProven ability to translate business strategy into impactful people strategies and organizational outcomes. Experience partnering with senior executives in a complex global matrix environment. Deep expertise across core HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, compensation, and talent acquisition. Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, change management, and organizational design initiatives. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR initiatives to measurable business results. Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and influence stakeholders. Outstanding communication, executive presence, and presentation skills. Strong coaching and consulting capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage highly confidential information with integrity. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, PPI, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously. Willingness to travel internationally up to 10–20% as business needs require. Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $160,100.00–$213,400.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
