This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional and efficient software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals while maintaining flexibility for future enhancements. Continuous evaluation and refinement of applications to optimize performance and usability are also key aspects of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation. - Document application designs, configurations, and updates to maintain clear records. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and development lifecycle. - Experience in writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. - Familiarity with database integration and management within application development. - Ability to work with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
