This position reports to: HR Business Partner __ Your Role: Own the Challenge In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day‑to‑day HR transactions for one or more assigned service lines or countries, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Every day, you will ensure a high‑quality customer experience by delivering complete, accurate, and timely HR transactions. You will also demonstrate your expertise by supporting globally established HR operations standards and ensuring that business processes comply with all local legal and regulatory requirements. The work model for the role is: On site Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position. This role supports the Smart Buildings NEMA Enclosures factory in Ramos Arizpe. Key Responsibilities: Execute and deliver HR services in line with agreed business processes, KPIs, and quality targets, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer‑focused service with end‑to‑end ownership. Act as a subject matter expert for complex business cases and projects, providing operational expertise and fostering collaboration across different countries and functions. Identify gaps in existing business processes, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and proactively recommend improvements or simplifications based on day‑to‑day experience. Perform autonomous control tasks, including four‑eye checks/SOX checks, data protection duties, and compliance with country‑specific legal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 1+ year of experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on recruitment, employee services, and labor relations. Experience managing onboarding processes. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Intermediate level of English (written and spoken). Familiarity with Revolution and Workday systems is considered an advantage. Bachelor’s degree completed.
