ABB is looking for a Business Manager to lead the Analytics business in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, market share, and business performance through strong commercial execution, operational discipline, and customer-focused leadership. If you bring extensive experience in the analytics business and are ready to lead a strategic segment, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities Ensure the integrated commercial and operational success of the organization in order to drive business growth, market share, and achievement of organizational performance and growth objectives. Create, implement, review, and relentlessly execute the commercial strategy, industry segment strategy, go-to-market model, and customer-focused operations strategy, with responsibility for financial and non-financial targets. Ensure a sustainable and effective value chain, from supplier to customer and from order to delivery, across products, projects, and services. Drive productivity optimization and capital efficiency, with special focus on profitability, demand analysis, cost-to-serve, channel profitability, and return on investment. Manage channel partners and support the execution of partner growth strategies to expand market presence and business results. Lead, develop, and manage teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Own P&L management activities, including forecasting, performance reviews, and actions to improve forecast accuracy and business performance. Strengthen customer relationships and support the continued positioning and growth of the Analytics business in Brazil. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration. Extensive experience in the analytics business, ideally with solid exposure to gas and liquid analytics. Strong experience in channel partner management and execution of partner growth strategies. Proven people management experience. Solid experience with P&L management, including forecasting, performance reviews, and driving business results. Fluent English and native Portuguese. Availability to travel frequently within Brazil and other countries, up to 50%. Nice to Have / Differentiators Experience leading business growth initiatives in complex industrial and commercial environments. Broad understanding of customer-focused operations and go-to-market models. Strong ability to balance commercial growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
