Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description The role is Senior Sales Manager for Key Account Management and RSD business. Streamline and enhance the One Thermo CVP approach to Taiwan Key Accounts. Closely engagement of Taiwan selected key accounts who have strong potential to grow in annual purchases from combined Thermo portfolio. Manage the products portfolio to offer One-stop shop and turnkey solutions for Taiwan life science customers. Responsibilities: KAM: Identify and define key accounts with strong growth potential across multiple (>3) divisions in Taiwan annually. Partner with cross divisions to plan, organize, manage, and map key stakeholders in each account to identify new business/sales opportunities. Develop and deploy growth strategies through One Thermo CVP approach and active C-suite engagement to expand share of wallets in each key account. Effectively communicate and negotiate annual contracts with senior leadership in the customers. Interpret and manage key financial results, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, and forecasting of the assigned account. Identify, understand, guide communicate and grow the value of Thermo Fisher’s total portfolio across division. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Accelerate NPIs adoption in key accounts. Resolve customer concerns and issues with one contact window to eliminate customer confusion and complaint. Exceed the annual KAM target and growth expectations. RSD: Identify, establish and manage products portfolio to offer one-stop shop, renovation and turnkey solutions in life science industry. Supervises & coaches 2 direct reports (account manager & project manager) and manages channels/suppliers. Establish all necessary activities to ensure the success of the organization. Supports the annual strategic planning process (development and execution). Provides accurate and timely forecasts. Leverage ERP reports, SFDC tools and data analytics to improve overall forecasting accuracy. P&L management for each project. Position Requirements: • Masters Degree plus 12 years of relevant commercial experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related industries • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field • Additional relevant professional certifications valued • Demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships and achieving revenue growth • Experience working effectively in multi-team organizations • Advanced negotiation and contract management skills for complex, high-value agreements • Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain executive-level customer relationships • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and resources • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities with focus on results • Comprehensive understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and competitive landscape • Demonstrated success developing and implementing strategic account plans • Strong project management and organizational skills
