We expect the transaction will be completed in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and applicable regulatory approvals. Until the transaction is complete, Thermo Fisher will continue to operate the business. For more information, please review: Thermo Fisher’s press release Astorg press release Responsibilities: Complete and co-ordinate all production activities to meet manufacturing goals through efficient use of resources (i.e. workforce, materials, machines and methodologies) in a safe and healthy working environment. Essential duties and responsibilities include: To assist in the production process, including: Weighing and preparation of raw materials and equipment for sterilization Set up equipment used in the laboratory and maintain it in a clean and safe condition Media pouring (machine and manual) Media labelling, packing and storage Education: Secondary school (SPM) or equivalent is minimally required. Experience Some production experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure and do multi-task. Good interpersonal personality and Hard-working Have basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word & Excel Demonstrate punctuality and sense of responsibility through adherence to attendance guidelines.
