The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring they are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling the delivery of high-quality software products that align with organizational goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular, PostgreSQL, AWS Relational Database Service. - Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools. - Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software applications.
