Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and user experience. - Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing. - Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues related to billing applications. - Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
