This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain smooth business operations. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to ensuring system reliability and performance throughout the day. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in financial and controlling applications. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and business users.
