Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Must have skills : SAP SuccessFactors Learning Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous link between clients and the application system. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client concerns and leverages in-depth product understanding to develop effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience. - Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders. - Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and knowledge base. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve application issues effectively. - Excellent communication abilities to interact with clients and internal teams. - Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques related to SAP SuccessFactors Learning. - Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize issues in a dynamic environment.
