Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Must have skills : Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, your day involves overseeing the execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives. You coordinate with project sponsors to ensure that project scope and risks are effectively managed while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality services within budget. Your role includes steering the project team towards successful outcomes, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. You also play a proactive role in supporting business growth by introducing innovative approaches and ensuring excellence in delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead project teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of technology solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. - Experience in managing large-scale technology project deliveries using structured frameworks. - Strong understanding of data integration and analytics workflows within cloud environments. - Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and team members. - Capability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in technology delivery processes.
