Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Must have skills : Oracle Argus Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, your day involves overseeing the successful execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives. You coordinate with project sponsors to ensure that project scope and risks are effectively managed while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality services within budget. Your role includes steering the project team towards achieving profitability and sustained success by fostering collaboration and innovation. You also play a proactive role in supporting business growth by identifying and implementing creative solutions that enhance delivery outcomes and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from plans. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within technology projects. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Capability to lead teams and drive project delivery in a dynamic environment.
