Description: As M365 Developer,team member will be developing and customizing solutions built on SharePoint/M365 components. Will be working on end-to-end Implementation projects on M365 platform. Overall, the Developer should have extremely strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of M365/SharePoint platform capability, and experience in governance and management of the tool. Roles & Responsibilities: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a developer using SharePoint online and other M365 tools. Design/Develop/Document solutions for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint using Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). Develop SPFx (SharePoint Framework) components, extensions, and web parts. Develop intelligent search, content tagging, and recommendation features using OpenAI APIs or Microsoft Graph. Familiarity with AI-driven capabilities within M365, Microsoft Graph, and automation solutions, is a plus. Interact with project team to deliver solutions based upon gathered requirements. Ensure solutions align with M365 governance, permissions, security, and compliance best practices. Experience with AvePoint and strong knowledge of SharePoint/M365 access controls, oversharing risks, and mitigation strategies across Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive is preferred. Train users and provide documentation for deployed solutions. Provide technical assistance in system maintenance, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, monitor performance measures, and change management in a multi-platform environment. Strong practical experience in the use of PowerShell. Client interaction and understanding business applications, business data flow and migration from SharePoint On-Prem, SharePoint Online, AWS S3 to SharePoint Online using modern migration tools is desirable. Hands-on experience with Azure logic Apps. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment with special requests. Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines / timelines and budgets. Ability to grasp modern technology quickly. Passion for emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automation. Preferred background: 5-8 years working in O365 SharePoint Environment Working experience with SPFx AND React. Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure OpenAI Service. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). Experience with Developing solutions in Azure a plus. Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security within M365. Certified M365/SharePoint a plus. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
