Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. Must have skills : SAP HCM Payroll Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools and application programming interfaces to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Collaboration with different teams to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. - Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Experience in configuring and supporting payroll modules within enterprise resource planning systems. - Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes. - Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques to resolve system issues efficiently. - Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
