This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high expectations for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of software projects and driving successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development. - Strong expertise in designing scalable data models and optimizing data flows within SAP BW/4HANA environments. - Experience in managing and improving data warehousing solutions to support complex business requirements. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to data integration and system performance. - Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and their application in data modeling and development. - Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
