This position reports to: Service Sales Support Manager __ The work model for the role is: {hybrid} Your role and responsibilities Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives. Participates in the kickoff meeting organized by the project team. Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization. Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment. Analyzes customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization. Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business to obtain better future results. Qualifications for the role A Bachelor / master’s degree in 4th year graduated, (Engineering is preferable). Min 2 - 4 year experience in sales support (Knowledge of motors & generators & drives in the End-user & OEM market is preferable e.g. COG, Metals, Minerals, P&P, Cement, etc.). Good command of English and Turkish, both written and spoken. Computer skills; Good MS Office user, SAP and Salesforce is preferable. A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills. Self-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn about new technologies.
