We are looking for an EHS Coordinator Benelux to lead and coordinate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across our Diabetes Care commercial entities in Belgium and the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as the regional EHS expert, ensuring compliance, supporting field and office-based teams, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites. What You’ll Do Ensure compliance with EHS legislation and Abbott standards across Belgium and the Netherlands Coordinate and implement EHS programs across multiple Diabetes Care entities Lead occupational health, ergonomics, and emergency preparedness initiatives Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to commercial and field activities Support teams on safety topics including radiation, biohazards, and PPE Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions Manage EHS reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking Act as the main EHS point of contact, driving alignment with leadership and external stakeholders What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Certification as Prevention Advisor (or willingness to obtain) Minimum 5 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety Experience in a multi-site or regional environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Fluency in Dutch, French, and English Working at Abbott Work for a global healthcare leader committed to improving lives through innovative technologies Be part of a purpose-driven organization with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and patient safety Collaborate in a diverse, inclusive, and international environment Access ongoing learning, development, and career growth opportunities Abbott offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to build a meaningful career within a global organization.
