We are looking for a new team member in the role as End-to-End Planner (m/f/d) - 100% Location: Grenchen (SO), Switzerland Type of Contract: permanent employment Start date: 1 September 2026 Shift: office hours – no shift work YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Own the end-to-end, cross-site material flow: drive work-order creation for incoming parts, coordinate processing across sites, and ensure finished parts return to plan and reach the customer on time Plan and schedule production for assigned portfolios, building realistic schedules aligned to demand, capacity, and material availability Own planning of the finishing-area bottleneck at site level: monitor the constraint, sequence and prioritize protecting throughput, and drive corrective action early when at risk Support master scheduling: contribute to MPS maintenance and rough-cut capacity inputs, and act as backup to the Master Planner during peak periods and absences YOUR BACKGROUND2-4 years’ experience in production planning, master scheduling, or end-to-end supply-chain planning in a manufacturing environment Solid command of MPS/MRP logic, capacity planning, and constraint/bottleneck management Strong SAP skills; advanced Excel; Power BI and/or an APS tool (e.g. Kinaxis) an asset APICS/CPIM certification, completed or in progress, a strong plus German a strong asset; fluent English required YOU ARE REPORTING TOPlanning Supervisor / Planning Manager OUR OFFERA responsible and varied job in a global company with a strong local presence Progressive employment conditions with long-term perspective A high level of personal responsibility and independent work A safe space for creative thinking and learning at the workplace Bonus system, extra vacation days and many other benefits Find out more about JABIL Switzerland.
