Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description As a member of the North American Market Development team, the Marketing Specialist will aid in generating demand, supporting the global brand and helping optimize marketing channel utilization for the Bioscience regional marketing team. By assisting in carrying out marketing campaigns and subsequently performing data analysis, this role will help make recommendations for future activities, potential growth opportunities, and marketing content optimization. What will you do? Prioritize multiple digital marketing schedules and processes to ensure launch dates are met Assist marketing team with tactic creation and optimization of messaging, imagery, and target customer segmentation Collaborate with partner teams (Regional marketing, Global marketing, Marketing Communications, CRM, Digital, Creative, Sales, etc.) to optimally plan and deliver on campaign strategy. Build analyses and reports on regional campaign results and proactively provide recommendations to optimize activities and assets. Education Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and/or Cell Biology or related biological science field required. Marketing experience or an MBA is helpful. Experience 2 years experience in a Marketing role is preferred. Understands analytics, operational, and marketing concepts. Has a strong ability to adapt to change very quickly, due to the multifaceted projects covered by the Regional Marketing group. Diligent and can show prioritization and organization skills with an ability to see a task through to completion, despite the other project demands. Persuasive communication across a diverse group of team members and presentation skills, as well as analysis and reporting of results, are required. Proactive and shows initiative Build reports to provide insights on marketing activities Ability to support 4-5 colleagues on a team Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $70,000.00–$90,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
