Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Position Summary: The Supply Chain Planning Specialist is responsible for end-to-end supply planning and execution to support the division’s business strategy. This role ensures optimal inventory levels, efficient order management, and alignment between demand and supply through close collaboration with internal stakeholders and global planning teams. The position also drives continuous improvement in planning processes and supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order & Supply Management Manage end-to-end purchase order lifecycle (creation, confirmation, tracking, and fulfillment) Coordinate closely with global suppliers/factories to ensure on-time delivery and resolve supply issues proactively Monitor open orders, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions to prevent delays or shortages Ensure accuracy and completeness of all order-related documentation (POs, contracts, shipping documents) 2. Inventory & Supply Planning Develop and manage inventory strategies including safety stock policies and replenishment planning Monitor inventory levels, turnover, and aging to prevent stockouts and excess inventory Collaborate with demand planning team to align supply plans with forecast and business needs Analyze supply-demand gaps and drive appropriate actions (expedite, defer, rebalance) 3. Demand & Planning Alignment Support demand planning process by reviewing forecasts and providing supply constraints/insights Create and maintain rolling supply plans based on demand forecasts, lead times, and capacity Work cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment on supply priorities 4. Process & Performance Improvement Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, service level, and cost Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, tools, and data accuracy Monitor key KPIs and take corrective actions 5. Compliance & Data Management Ensure all purchasing and planning activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate master data and transaction records in ERP systems Support audits and reporting requirements as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand/supply planning, or procurement Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make planning decisions Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with experience working in cross-functional and global teams Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
