The CC Customer Supply Chain Leader (CSCL) is a key role within our supply chain team. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our customer relationships through efficient supply chain operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization. Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance. Focuses on specific tasks or segments within the supply chain with clearly defined and narrow objectives. Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning. Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies. Job Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS You are a top talent, recent grad from any Engineering degree. Up to 3 years of previous experience. Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English. Strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving skills and a "can-do" attitude. Strong leadership, innovation, and passion for winning. Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI.. Engages in learning opportunities and assists in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.
