Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Air spring test system setting up and improvement. Familiar with the durability/characteristic and performance test method and debug. Implement the AS tests according to the Vibracoustic standards. Communicate frequently with the AEs. Disassemble and analyze air spring components and mark report acc. to standard. English proficiency level 4 or above. Ability to communicate effectively with other technical centers, includes online meeting. Help application engineers to analysis the failure model and complete the testing report. Participate to the maintenance and calibration of the testing machines. Helps the testing team to improve measures, procedures. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or above, mechanical or engineering Experiences of testing with endurance or dynamic test machine. Experience in AS performance & durability/characteristic test is preferred 3 year of testing background would be appreciated Mechanical and metallic materials. Knowledge about automatism and rubber and plastic materials would be appreciated General English reading & speaking.
