The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure successful transformation initiatives and strategic alignment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead strategic discussions with clients to align technology solutions with business goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform capabilities and delivery efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Strong knowledge of enterprise platform integration and transformation methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable technology solutions across diverse business functions. - Ability to analyze complex technology landscapes and recommend cost-effective strategies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery. - Familiarity with industry-specific technology assets and their application in enterprise environments.
