Project Role : Quality Engineer Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Must have skills : Salesforce Testing Good to have skills : Life Sciences Industry Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the overall application lifecycle. You engage in planning activities that integrate various ecosystem components, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining high standards of quality. Your role includes continuous testing efforts focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression processes. You develop and execute automation strategies and scripts while managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to support the success of projects from start to finish. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals. - Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and documentation to support quality assurance efforts. - Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing. - Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to Salesforce environments. - Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within integrated application ecosystems. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to support quality assurance activities.
