Responsibilities: Assisting with the planning and execution of trade shows Independently creating and maintaining technical data sheets in collaboration with Sales, R&D, and QM Independently planning, creating, and maintaining sample folders and books, as well as monitoring inventory levels of sample materials in the sample warehouse Actively collaborating with and providing operational support to the Marketing/Sales team in the Healthcare division, such as creating PowerPoint presentations or marketing materials (value stories, graphics, videos, and photos) Collaborating with external service providers (sample warehouse, suppliers) and managing internal interfaces with functional departments (Sales, R&D, Customer Service, FPM Operations) Qualifications: Enrolled student in Communication Studies or Business Administration with a focus on marketing Very good working knowledge of MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) is an advantage Initiative and a high degree of independence, a structured approach to work, and excellent time management skills Very good language skills in German and English 19,41€/per hour‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
