Sandvik Mining & Construction Tanzania Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to join our team in Mwanza. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations within a world-class organization. What You'll Do ✅ Assist in monitoring inventory levels and stock movements ✅ Support procurement activities, including purchase requisitions and supplier follow-ups ✅ Assist in tracking orders, deliveries, and logistics activities ✅ Support warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and stock reconciliation ✅ Maintain supply chain records, reports, and documentation ✅ Assist with data analysis and preparation of supply chain performance reports ✅ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability of materials and parts ✅ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency What We're Looking For ✔ Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel ✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills ✔ Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team ✔ High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy ✔ Eagerness to learn and develop professionally Why Join Sandvik?
