TOOLS SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (TSSR) - Kibali site Sandvik Mining and Construction DRC is a Sales Unit based in Lubumbashi, within Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions, a Business Area, a leading supplier of equipment and tools, service and support for the mining industry. We also provide solutions and expertise across a wide range of applications, including rock drilling, rock cutting, loading and hauling, tunnelling, and quarrying. Your mission You are responsible for the sales optimisation and profitability of rock tools, training and coaching of relevant internal and customer personnel on rock tools and working closely with the Sales and Logistics department to ensure effective forecasting of rock tools. You are also visiting customers regularly with written reports, and facilitating customers' selection and ordering of rock tools, facilitating customer warranty claims, conducting trials and testing on new products at customers’ sites. You are in addition developing customer relationships to ensure customers have a positive experience and remain loyal to the Sandvik brand and ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company values and current company policies and procedures. You are open to travel as and when the job demands, in consultation with your supervisor Your profile We are looking for a Congolese citizen with a surface/underground mining operational background. You also have proven experience with mining drilling equipment and rock tools. As we act in a global context, you are fluent in both English and French, writing and speaking, and computer literate. You should have excellent communication, data capturing, and adaptation skills.
